Q: Who is Complete Performance for?
A: CP is for competitive tennis players who are ready to train the mental side of the game.

Q: Is this only for tennis players?
A: Yes. CP is strictly tennis-specific.

Q: What age or level is this for?
A: The training is best suited for committed junior, collegiate, and high-performance players who compete regularly. 

Q: Is this therapy or sports psychology?
A: No. Complete Performance is educational, practical, and performance-based, focused on developing mental skills. It does not replace therapy, clinical support, or medical care.

Q: What does an athlete do inside CP?
A: Athletes use daily meditations, core teachings, live practices, pre-match tools, direct messaging, and one-on-one coaching to train the seven mental skills.

Q: Do parents participate?
A: Yes. Parents are included in the onboarding process, have an account in The Portal, and are inside the Team DM Group, while the athlete remains the center of the work.

Q: Why is there a call before joining?
A: Because this is relationship-based training. The call creates clarity for the athlete, the parent, and the CP coach before membership begins.
